Refund policy

At TIGIQ, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for all return claims. The video must clearly show the packaging, product, and any defects or issues (if applicable).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products returned without original tags, invoice, or packaging


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tigiq.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

  3. Once your return is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.


4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • Once picked up, the returned product will go through a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If it meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.


5. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), a bank account or UPI ID will be requested for the refund.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
